Rare black glazed ceramic bust of Eve with an apple. Made by Villeroy & Boch Septfontaines Luxemberg in the 1930s. Designed by Eduard Hermanutz (1902 – 1992). Imprinted with a makers stamp under the base and an original Silver Villeroy and Boch Sepfontaines label to the front. 12 inches (30cm) high, 6.5 inches (16.5cm) wide, 5 inches (12.5cm) deep. In excellent condition.
