I really wanted a good shading ink that didn’t look too watered down, with a more purplish undertone than just your standard blue-black and this ink really delivered! It shades nicely as a grey-blurple-to-black. Not too saturated either. It’s perfect for a more unique “black” ink. I wish I could add a photo to this review of a writing sample, it’s that pretty. Just to note, the product photo seems to be in greyscale, so keep in mind this ink is not a true black/grey. I love that the bottle is designed to sit at and angle to make refilling your pen feel more natural, and it is a gorgeous bottle. The box it comes in lets the bottle sit up straight so when you run low on ink in the bottle you can angle it up straight using the box to use that last bit of ink! Overall, this ink exceeded my expectations and it’s worth the price in my opinion.
